Come away with Kayli & Meg for a soul-renewing yoga retreat. This long weekend is an opportunity to step away from the beautiful and full life you have and move into time dedicated to yourself. You will have the opportunity to explore and deepen your yoga practice, nourish your body with delicious food and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that Bloom retreat centre has to offer.
This retreat is for all levels. We will meet you where you are to grow your yoga practice.
We will be offering a variety of different classes and workshops to energize your body and mind as well as slower restorative practices to cherish stillness.We are thrilled to have Syd Vaughan joining us, she will lead breathwork workshops & offer cold plunge guidance.
We truly believe that carving out the time to renew yourself (body, mind & soul) is a powerful practice. You will recognize and unlock parts of yourself and create space for new perspectives.
