This retreat offers a rare opportunity for men to step away from the demands of their routine and reconnect with their core values and rediscover their passions. Through great rides, approachable yoga and simple meditation techniques, participants will recharge both physically and mentally. Designed to foster personal growth and connection, this weekend retreat provides the tools to help them return more focused, grounded, and present—not just for themselves but for the people who matter most. It’s a gift of renewal that benefits everyone in their world.

The rides will invigorate and energize, while the yoga movements and meditation will offer recovery and reflection, cultivating a balanced state of body and mind. Participants will learn how to harness their physical strength and then fully let go.

Over the course of the weekend, we’ll break into two cycling groups, one looking for a fast ride with challenging segments, the other looking for a refreshing “great effort”, while leaving something in the tank for later. We will reassemble for a great lunch, some post-ride rest followed with movement and meditation. There will be plenty of time for rest on your own terms, including sauna and a cold lake plunge.

Comfort with group bike rides at speeds at or above 26km/h for 75-110 kms will ensure you enjoy the group rides, there’s no need for experience in yoga or meditation. If you are completely new to these activities, get ready to enjoy the benefits of the “Beginner’s Mind”.

This weekend retreat provides the tools to help you return more focused, grounded, and present—not just for yourself but for the people who matter most. It’s a gift of renewal (for yourself or another) that benefits everyone in your world.
