Ride Still Retreat
With Ian Flett and Jaffer Hussain
May 16 - 19, 2025
Calling all road cyclists looking for strain, deep rest and a great group of people. We are so excited to offer this retreat as an opportunity to step away from the demands of your routine, both personally and in the way you ride and recover from rides. We’re looking to achieve a balance between the strain we invite on invigorating road rides and the opportunity to condition our bodies with gentle recovery through yoga and movement.
We’re looking balance the states of a powerful body with a rested mind.
Over the course of this holiday weekend, we’ll break into two cycling groups, one for a tempo ride taking on 80-120m kilometres at a conversational pace (26-28km/h average speed) and a high tempo ride going 105-130 kilometers at a 30km/h+ pace. We will reassemble for stellar meals, some post-ride rest and conditioning followed with movement. There will be plenty of time for rest on your own terms, including sauna and a cold lake plunge.
Expect to arrive Friday afternoon, spend full days Saturday and Sunday with rides, conditioning and rest. Concluding noon departure on the holiday Monday.
This weekend retreat provides the tools to help you return more focused, grounded, and present—not just for yourself but for the people who matter most. It’s a gift of renewal (for yourself or another) that benefits everyone in your world.
