On the busiest and shortest days of the year we will press pause and reconnect with ourselves, our bodies and nature in a breathtaking environment.

Through a guided deep Restorative practice as well as other tools for unwinding we will disconnect from the frenetic energy that can build up this time of year and instead move into a place of balance.

Students will be supported in deeply restful practices that reconnect them with their natural inner balance. We will also enjoy tailored, thoughtful practices to unlock postural knots with the goal of unwinding body and mind. We will explore themes and practices for finding paths to keep us connected to our hearts in the throes of our busy lives.

Arrive on Friday December 13, 2024, between 3:00-5:00 pm and you can be on the road as early as noon on Sunday December 17. Your retreat includes accommodation, yoga instructions, and meals, starting with dinner on your first night and ending with brunch on your final morning.
