The Human Change Retreat, led by Tree Ryde, will be a chance to explore your body, mind, and spirit through physical movement via breath, subconscious and restorative yoga. You will also learn common tendencies, behaviours and blocks where self-sabotage can happen. Learning tools and techniques to bring your body, heart, mind and life to FREEDOM. Where our mind goes, the body follows. Thoughts can get trapped in the body, so it is time to let it go for good. Our mind puts us into many different emotions, it is time for you to learn how to control it specific to your body. What if you learned how to self-regulate your emotions? And this allows you to be less stressed and invite more calm into your life.

This women-only retreat will offer daily experiences to make beautiful changes in your view of the world, to feel the true shift within your body and mind, to get YOUR physical and emotional freedom. So many people allow themselves to get caught up in mind traffic or unuseful thoughts that are not serving their purpose or outcome in life. This can get trapped in the body in hurtful ways.
