Join me at Bloom for a luxurious retreat weekend diving deep into the mechanics of movement and breath. Movement Method is a science-backed approach that weaves together Postural Restoration, mobility work, and Vinyasa Yoga – transforming therapeutic exercises into an engaging, feel-good experience.
Over the weekend, you’ll experience immersive learning that will reshape your understanding of movement and your yoga practice, balanced with deep rest, nourishing meals, and plenty of time in nature among a wonderful community of like-minded people.
We’ll meet for our opening practice at 5pm on Friday afternoon once you settle in. Then we’ll gather for an incredible farm-to-table vegetarian meal, followed by a relaxing evening in the cozy living room. Saturday morning will start with a light breakfast, an invigorating practice in the lakefront studio, and a nourishing brunch. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the forest and lakefront trails, and have a sauna and cold dip session in the lake! Or perhaps you’d rather get a massage, or cozy up with a book by the fire. Anything goes. The evening slow flow, breath work and Yoga Nidra will be soft and soothing, and we’ll enjoy another delicious meal before a laid back night of R&R and a bonfire, weather permitting. Sunday will start the same way, and although we check out of the building at 12pm, we’re welcome to enjoy the property for the afternoon.
