ALCHEMY def: a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation or combination of both

For centuries, yogis have understood the profound connection between the mind and body. How we inhabit our physical selves directly influences how we think, feel, and engage with the world around us.
This retreat offers an integrative approach, blending Clinical Somatic Exercises, Yin and Flow Yoga, the Roll Model Method, and Breathwork. These practices are designed to enhance proprioception (our awareness of the body’s position and movement in the external world) and interoception (our ability to sense and interpret internal bodily signals). By improving these vital systems, we aim to support nervous system regulation and foster greater balance within. To deepen the experience, we’ll also explore Somatic Dreaming, a practice that allows us to tap into our inner wisdom and plant the seeds for a more intentional, fulfilling
future.
By mindfully attuning to the body’s language, we can bring our internal systems into coherence, regulate the nervous system, balance hormones, and even influence our cellular health—turning off genes associated with disease and activating those that promote vitality and longevity.

A chance to immerse yourself in nature, daily movement, breathwork, meditation + fireside chats.
