Ever feel like it just gets harder and harder to find, and stay grounded in, an experience of peace?  Don’t worry, you’re not alone!  After the most disruptive couple years any of us can remember, and a world in which everything was already moving faster and faster by the day, it’s easy to feel like you’re at risk of “losing your axis”.
This weekend away will be focused on re-grounding and re-centring ourselves to remember and reclaim that connection to peace that can make every moment of the day just a little bit sweeter.  We’ll enjoy a mix of active and relaxing yoga practices, simple user-friendly meditation, restorative yoga magic, and connecting with new friends over delicious meals!
.
This retreat will be led by the founder of Ahimsa Yoga, J-P Tamblyn-Sabo, with additional support and surprises from Michelle Tamblyn-Sabo.   We would love to see you there!
.
Arrive on Friday July 15, 2022 between 3:00-5:30 pm.
