Sam Hughes

Samantha is a single mom to twin boys, a business owner, and a Holistic Health Practitioner.
She started her journey into energy work at a very young age thanks to her mother’s influence
with Reiki. She developed her intuition and natural psychic abilities as she grew, which
ultimately led her into a healing profession. Her passion for health sciences and background in
metaphysical studies brought her to a career in Massage Therapy.

As an RMT she expanded her knowledge with extensive training in Cranio-Sacral Therapy,
Somato Emotional Release and Reflexology. After suffering a minor brain injury, she discovered
sound healing for her own care. Learning the potential for change through this unique modality,
she has become passionate about gifting this healing with others.
Samantha practiced as an RMT for 8 years before changing the focus of her practice back to
holistic healing. She is currently focused on Sound Healing, advancing her Reiki training, and
beginning her education in Herbalism. She is co-owner of Pure Massage & Holistic Therapies
and Creator/Operator of Earth’s Resonance Sound Healing in Ottawa, Ontario. She is an avid
nature lover, traveler, crafter/DIYer and gardener.
