Randa offers a balanced, integrative approach to yoga, blending traditional and modern practices, rooted in her deep passion for helping others reconnect with themselves. She teaches at MovatiAthletic and brings 10 years of experience teaching yoga. She holds a 200-hour Hatha Yoga, a 40-hour Yin Yoga, and a Pilates certification.
She has enriched her teaching through ongoing education at Yoga Conferences in Toronto, where she explored biomechanics, functional movement, joint health, stability, and therapeutic approaches for diverse bodies and abilities. She has also expanded beyond the physical through advanced studies in self-mastery and energetic anatomy (7 Chakras), deepening her focus on personal growth, awareness, and inner alignment.
