Kaylyn Gelata (she/her)
Kaylyn has been a movement instructor since 2017. She found her own movement practice to be an incredibly helpful tool for navigating difficult seasons of life, cultivating confidence and for maintaining her own mental health. This is why she is passionate about sharing movement from a place of connectedness, awareness and inner strength, by drawing from the teachings of yoga, principles of Pilates and intuitive movements. Kaylyn’s teaching will inspire you to be curious, to play and to confidently trust yourself and she believes that your movement practices should make you feel good and want to return to again and again. Using functional movement as her guide, alongside thoughtfully accompanied music, Kaylyn’s classes aim to leave you feeling connected, grounded and balanced – mind, body and heart. When not teaching or taking classes, Kaylyn is spending time in nature with her puppy, (hiking, paddleboarding and kayaking), creating art (with clay, poetry and writing), and enjoying good food, wine and games with friends.
