
Joanna Castles
Jo has been teaching in the Kingston community since 2016, bringing a wealth of movement experience to her classes. With over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training—including hatha, vinyasa, advanced sequencing, yin, breathwork, and most recently, Pilates—she blends diverse practices to create a well-rounded experience.
A former competitive gymnast and cheerleader, Jo also coached both sports at a high level, and she loves weaving elements of strength, mobility, and dynamic movement into her teaching. Her classes emphasize breath, functional movement, and deep body awareness. Forever a cheerleader at heart, Jo is here to inspire and motivate you throughout your practice!
