Jennifer Kelly has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2017. The full body joy and calmness that unfolds after practicing are the fundamental goals of Jen’s teaching style. As she weaves breath work with movement and pays attention to the spirit through yoga philosophy, the main goal of her teachings is to leave the practitioner feeling better and more comfortable in their body. Her training includes E-RYT 200hr, 50hr Yin TT(Teacher training) with Bernie Clark, 30hr Restorative YTT with Hali Schwartz, 25hr SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) YTT, 32hr Trauma Informed YTT, Level 1 Reiki with Eddee Huang and continued Iyengar classes with Jim Pope.
