Dana Wemyss

Dana has been teaching yoga for 10+ years. She is a light-hearted, energetic, nature-loving yoga teacher who is known for her capacity to create a warm and welcoming space for all students.

Her yoga teaching style is inquisitive, playful and you can expect a blend of asana with breath, sound and meditation.

Dana’s intention is to bring balance to the body/mind so that the natural joy of living and being can shine through.

Dana is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner which flows through her yoga classes to deepen the embodied experience and support the nervous system to find rest, peacefulness, and joy.
